Gucci Foundation Review on Normal to dry Skin

Hello, my lovelies, trust you are doing well and if you are subscribed to my YouTube channel you will have seen the video demonstration review of this GUCCI foundation. If you haven’t, don’t worry, I am here to break it down for you today and I got mine from the GUCCI website but you can also get it from Harrods and in this post, we will dive briefly into the packaging, price, texture and overall thought.

The Fluide De Beauté Fini Naturel on their website was said to enhance individual spirit giving you a natural finish. This is available in 40 shades which I think it’s a good shade range, although, they did create a foundation range couple of years ago and that was a disaster so they had to rail it in and regroup again which I think is very smart of them. I got the Gucci Foundation – shade 460N Medium Deep which I think I could have gone a shade lighter but that’s the joy of matching yourself online.

Packaging & Price

It came in this massive box and in there was samples of the primer and two other foundation shade, it came with a small cotton bag and always was in a dust bag too and came sealed in a clear plastic seal. The box is pretty much luxe GUCCI packaging standard and the bottle is a clear frozen like the glass bottle and a cream cover while the pump head is gold and the GUCCI writing is in gold too and it is 30 ml. The price is £46 excluding delivery but I spent a total of £53 which inc delivery.

Texture & Fragrance

I will describe the texture as slightly runny which I wasn’t expecting but I will advise you to give it a good shake before pumping but it did sit very well on my skin but please be aware it drys very quickly so you need to be quick when applying the foundation. I will advise applying with a brush instead of a beauty blender as you will get the most out of the product but the choice is yours. It is highly fragrance so be prepared and it is a floral scent so if you are sensitive to fragrance then this foundation is not for you at all.

Overall thought

For my overall thought, I will say sit well on the skin and gives a natural finish they have described which I do like, although, I had it on for roughly 5 hours and it still looked good. In terms of transfer, it is not too bad and with or without the primer it sits well on the skin. To read more foundation reviews do check out my Ordinary Foundation review.
