Hi there! Its all about a feel good kind of post today as we all need it right? I bet you are nodding your head right now with a resounding Yes hehe. So, I have three things that I know will definitely cheer you up and guess what you don’t have to spend a penny if you are in a-not-so-feeling-good mood. Scrolling through your timeline and you may think retail therapy is the way but you are so wrong so I am here to help you save your coin.

I don’t know about you but a good minion meme on pinterest is my go to as it just makes me laugh so much; I can be on it for hours when I get into it. I don’t know what you might be into either it is inspirational, motivational or funny (like me) images or videos, just get on it when you are feeling a bit low. if you are reading this and you haven’t given such a try why not just try it now… Yes am talking to you get those images or videos out now and laugh a little okay he he.
It doesn’t matter if you can dance or not! Just as Taylor swift song shake it off”. Getting your heart rate pumping is such a win and duh you get to feel better afterward so why not? Wonder why people go to the zumba, hip hop or any form of dance class it’s just to pretty much get their busy mind of life and not worry about a thing at that moment. I mean, as for me I don’t think I will pay to go to any of those classes as I can just watch it on YouTube and make a fool out of myself in the comfort of my home he he.
Go for a walk
Sometimes a gentle walk is all it takes to give you the clear and crisp mind and physical release you need. You don’t need to sprint as that is just exercise and most of us don’t want that when you are not feeling good hence the alternative. Get some fresh air in your lungs, enjoy the scenery and come back home feeling a bit better and ready to tackle the day. I know their are people out there that go for walk every morning or night just to keep there mind in check so why not try it.
