Basic Homemade Pancake

Hello lovelies, happy Saturday 🙂

As pancake day is fast approaching (28th Feb), I wanted to grace my blog with a food post. I fell in love with making pancake early last year and it has become a thing that I indulge myself in every weekend. Allow me to blow my horn and tell you I make the best pancake ever.

A special person in my life hates the taste and the smell of egg yoke in pancake made by someone else but himself and has kind of rubbed on me. So I started to make my own pancake too and I have a secret recipe on how to make the egg yoke taste disappear, keep reading.

Ingredients

Plain Flour | Egg | Sugar | Milk | Butter | Pinch of Salt | Nutella | Strawberries | Raspberries

How to make it

There are two ways of mixing the base, either you use a blender or electric mixer. First you crack the egg into a bowl or blender jug; I then add two eggs, plain flour, sugar, pinch of salt and milk (evaporated). Mix together and you are ready to go.

Put a teaspoon of butter into the pan, let it melt and pour your mixture into the pan, spread it out by moving the pan, flip and turn until it’s golden brown. Plate it and then spread the nutella or whatever you prefer on it. You can put a variety of fillings or stuffing as you please.

I know you are still wondering what the secret recipe is and it is simple as a- the pinch of salt.
